Research Services
Our most popular research service is by the hour. Packages start with a minimum two hour purchase and can be booked in blocks depending on your budget. Discounts are available for blocks of 10 hours or more.

Researching is not quick work, so we like to set expectations about how much we can achieve in the time we have.

We ask that you send us all information you have, we then create an initial tree to start working from and do not charge for the time this takes.
We upload a private tree to Ancestry that you can view without needing a paid Ancestry subscription.
A report is created for you to see any notes on the individuals in the tree and we complete the work with an invoice detailing what was researched and suggestions for any next steps.
You will also get the gedcom file for you to upload to your own family tree software or website and can recommend a great tree printing company.
Any records found will be sent on to you either by email or by post on a disk or paper as per your preference.
